Level1Loot is dedicated to bringing nostalgia back to the gaming community through the sale of authentic video games across a variety of consoles. We prioritize accurate descriptions, clear condition standards, and detailed photos so you know exactly what you're buying. No guesswork, no surprises.

  • Tested & Working: All games are tested and confirmed working unless otherwise noted. Internal batteries for non-disc-based games are not guaranteed and will be clearly indicated if included.

  • Disc Resurfacing: All disc-based games are professionally resurfaced using an ELM Eco Auto Smart for a like-new playing surface. Please Note: scratches may remain on the inner center ring, as this area is not affected by resurfacing. 

  • Cartridge-Based Games: All cartridge-based games have had the cartridge contacts (edge connectors) cleaned with isopropyl alcohol during testing. If you experience any loading issues, we recommend gently cleaning the cartridge contacts with isopropyl alcohol as well, as this is a common and normal occurrence with older cartridge-based games and consoles.

  • Refurbished Listings:

    • Packaged in a brand-new third-party replacement case for a like-new experience.

    • Original cases can be included upon request but may show wear, chips, or other signs of use.

  • Non-Refurbished Listings:

    • Will come in the original case if in decent condition (seller's discretion), or a new replacement case if the original is damaged or missing.

  • Photos: Please refer to the listing photos to evaluate the condition of artwork, manuals, and inserts. We strive to ensure that the condition in the listing matches the photos, but this assessment is subjective. Images depict the exact item(s); however, for titles with multiple copies, a representative example may be shown, with any notable differences clearly described.

  • Manuals & Inserts: All games include the manuals and inserts shown in the photos. If a manual or insert is known to be missing, it will be noted in the condition description. For games with multiple inserts, the seller may not always know if one is missing to be considered Complete in Box (CIB). Please request additional photos if unsure prior to purchase, as we're happy to provide!
