Orders usually ship ~2-3 working days after the order is placed.

eBay Authentication: After purchase of an Authenticity Guarantee Eligible Item, we ship the item to an eBay Authentication Facility for inspection. Once confirmed, it ships to you via signature-required 2-day shipping.

Direct Shipping: With years of experience, Watch Chest provides the safest, most reliable way to ship a high-value item. Extra care is taken as we box your watch in inconspicuous multi-layer packaging and ship overnight, fully-insured every step of the way. Free shipping on all orders.

Watch Chest provides a refund guarantee for any reason within the first 14 days of delivery with the security tag still attached. A return shipping fee applies. The article must be returned in the same condition received, with all accessories intact and undamaged.

Any of these actions will void a return:

• Removal of security tag
• Missing accessories
• Modifications or alterations
• Damage, sizing, or wear

If Watch Chest accepts a voided return, associated costs will be deducted from the refund.
