This watch was recently sold and returned. The watch did not have a battery. After placing battery in the watch this is what they buyer stated

“found the watch doesn't move in between functions while in neutral meaning it doesn't hid the digital, goes to chrono, 2nd time zone, etc. Also, it doesn't synchronize the analog hands with the digital time. The bracelet advertised in the listing description did not match photo, but I was willing to buy a new strap or bracelet, but the case pins are practically immovable without hacking it off potentially causing damage as pins appear modified from a typical pin to house the existing bracelet”

Band can be removed by a professional, someone with knowledge may be able to repair the issues.
