SHIPPING:

We typically box up parts each day and USPS / UPS picks up the next day including Saturdays but sometimes that does not happen. Please feel free to contact us inside eBay at any time if you are wondering when your item will ship. 99.99% of items ship the next day.

Once we have safely delivered your item into the hands the United States Postal Service (USPS), or another carrier, we are not responsible for any damage, loss or other non-delivery or miss-delivery issues (it does happen, although rarely). We will gladly work with you to help sort out any problem and to facilitate delivery, but once it is out of our hands, we can no longer be responsible for your item. We recommend purchasing the optional package insurance if you are concerned about your package.

  • USPS Priority Mail offers insurance of up to $50 (purchase price of item only) at no additional cost.

RETURN POLICY:

Before returning an item, you must contact us to obtain return approval and instructions. If you ship an item back to us without contacting us first, we will have to refuse the package & it will be returned to you.

Returned items are reviewed by us upon receiving them and must be sent back to us in exactly the same condition as they were sent to you.

  • All items must be in the exact same condition as we sent them and in original boxes.
  • All internal packing materials, instruction manuals and all additional items (including nuts, bolts, seals or anything else on our original part) must also be included and in the original condition.
  • If you ordered the wrong part, returns can no longer be accepted.

Any item that does not meet the above conditions is not eligible for a return.

DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING POLICY:

If your package was damaged during transit, a claim needs to be filed with the carrier.

You will be required to take pictures of the item, packaging and box it was sent in and upload them to us inside eBay. We will guide you through the steps if needed.

You must keep the box and all packaging material for the carrier to inspect.

If you are unable to send us pictures so that we may file a shipping damage claim, the case will be closed without any refund to you.
