Sheet has been stored flat, and I will ship flat. Please ask questions and view all photos before purchasing.  Back has an edge with torn edge but on the front side there is no issue... the tear is only on the back. There are creases on the front and back but you can only see it if inches away but if you look at the item from a couple feet away you really can't see it too bad.
