This cute dress and pinafore is one piece and is reminiscent of the Dorothy dress from the Wizard of Oz movie.  It is made to fit the Chatty Cathy dolls. The gingham dress has short sleeves and there is elastic in the sleeve. The hem of the sleeve is trimmed with white eyelet lace and it is also along the collar of the dress. The pinafore/apron is made from white eyelet lace trim and the larger portion of the apron is made from a slightly off-white eyelet fabric. There is a small pocket on the front with an attached red satin bow. The back of the dress closes with a hook/loop strip. The dress opens up all the way from top to bottom, making this easier for younger children to dress their doll.
