KV value: The KV value of the motor is 48rpm/V, which means that for every 1V increase in voltage, the motor speed increases by 48 revolutions per minute.
Power: The motor power is 4000W/rotor, which can provide powerful power output to meet the needs of drones in agricultural operations and other scenarios.
Stator size: The diameter of the motor stator is 100 millimeters and the height is 33 millimeters. The stator is composed of enameled wire winding and iron core, and its size affects the performance and power output of the motor.
Dismantling method:
Prepare tools: Prepare tools such as screwdrivers and wrenches.
Ensure safety: Turn off the power and remove the battery to prevent accidental start-up.
Dismantling the propeller: First, remove the propeller to avoid accidentally injuring or getting your fingers stuck during the process of disassembling the motor.
Remove the fixing screws: Use a screwdriver or wrench to find the fixing screws on the motor, rotate the screws counterclockwise, and separate the motor from the body.
Unplug the connection cable: If there is a connection cable between the motor and the machine motherboard, it needs to be unplugged first.
Remove the heat dissipation components (if any): If there are heat dissipation fins and fans at the bottom of the motor, they also need to be removed to avoid damaging the motor.
Installation method:
Alignment position: Align the motor with the mounting hole on the arm, ensuring that the motor shaft is perpendicular to the arm.
Fixed motor: Use screws to secure the motor to the arm. Be careful not to tighten a single screw first. Gently tighten all screws before tightening them one by one to ensure that they are tightened properly and avoid screw slippage.
Connecting wires: Connect the three wires of the motor to the electric controller separately, and perform a steering test on the remote control with a good frequency. If the motor rotates in the opposite direction, swap the wires between any two motors and the electric controller.
Install propeller: Install the propeller according to the direction of motor rotation. The upper propeller of T50 is 5413, and the lower propeller is 5415. The CCW propeller must be installed on the CCW motor (marked on the arm connection) to ensure a secure installation.
