Items are shipped within 3 working days after full payment has been received. Buyer should receive item within 4-10 business days after package is sent.
We only ship to the approved address in Paypal or Ebay address. Please make sure your payment address is correct. Any non-received items caused by invalid address registered are not in our full refund or replacement policy.
A notification email of dispatch will be sent after the item is posted. Please email us if you receive our email sent after 3 days of full payment.
This article has a 12 month warranty. The warranty relates to manufacturing and material defects as well as other defects that are already present at the time of delivery. This does not include damage caused by improper handling, willful or negligent damage, improper setup or installation, connection to incorrect mains voltage, normal wear and tear, non-compliance with the instructions for use, chemical or electrochemical effects and force majeure.
This restriction also applies to a fault that has arisen as a result of improper repairs by a service partner authorized by us. If the goods can neither be repaired nor exchanged, the value of the goods will be credited to you, minus shipping costs and not insurance.
Refunds will only be made if the damage to the product is reported within 30 days of receiving the item.
