Precautions:
Input voltage is unrestricted, but reverse voltage has limitations. The reverse voltage must be below 40V (the difference between output and input voltages cannot exceed 40V above the input voltage). For example:
- Input connected to 24V power supply: Output can connect to 12V, 24V, 36V, 48V, or 60V to a battery. Do not connect to batteries above 72V, as 72V - 24V input = 48V, exceeding the 40V reverse voltage limit.
