Application
It is suitable for a wide range of materials and many clinical applications, and is compatible with almost all dental thermoplastics, making it an indispensable tool for any dental practice. It can be used for the molding and production of decolorized braces, orthodontic retainers, arch splints and plywood, fluoride trays, temporary or permanent abutments, and mouth guards.
Instructions for Use and Operation
1. Turn on the power and check whether the operating levers/buttons of the molding machine are normal.
2. Turn the upper cover(right or left) by 90°, place the required diaphragm(not included) between the upper and lower frames, and pull down the ball puller to clamp it.
3. Reset the top cover and twist the lifting handle to raise the set frame to the working height(limit lever on the upper part of the spindle).
4. Place the packaged product(not included) in the center on the mesh board.
5. Switch on the heating switch and heat the diaphragm(not included), when the diaphragm is heated to 0.39in below the plane of the lower frame(about two or three minutes).
6. Turn off the heating switch, twist the lifting handle, lower the set frame, turn on the vacuum motor at the same time, and then remove it when the package is shaped.
