Return Time Limit:
We accept return requests within 30 days from the date of delivery of the item.
Return conditions:
Merchandise must be in new condition, unused, unopened, and include all original packaging materials, accessories, manuals, etc.
Merchandise must not affect secondary sales.
Return Process:
Please contact our customer service team via eBay messaging within 7 days of receiving the item, stating the reason for the return.
We will provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number, please mark this number prominently on the packaging.
Please send the item back using a traceable shipping method and retain the shipping documents for your records.
Return shipping costs:
