Our Engine Reconditioning Process

Every engine undergoes a structured and quality-controlled rebuild:

• Engine removal and complete strip-down
• Detailed inspection of all major components
• Chemical cleaning and industrial hot wash process
• Cylinder head reconditioning, skimming and pressure testing
• Valve reseating with new valve stem seals fitted
• Piston inspection with new piston rings installed
• Conrod inspection and measurement checks
• Crankshaft inspection, regrind and polish where required
• Installation of new main and big end bearings
• Full rebuild using OEM gaskets and seals only
• Timing chain or timing belt replacement (where applicable)
• Injector testing and refitting with new copper seals
• Turbocharger and intercooler cleaning and inspection
• DPF cleaning for diesel models
• Fresh oil, oil filter and coolant replacement
• Diagnostic fault codes cleared
• Minimum 50-mile post-build road test
