Domestic Shipping

ECI Jewelers provides Free shipping for all domestic orders. Our packages are shipped via Express services through FedEx. All shipments must be directed to a physical address where someone is available to sign for the package upon delivery. International Shipping

ECI Jewelers is delighted to offer international shipping to most destinations, with a flat-rate fee. However, please note that most international orders are subject to Customs Duty and Tax regulations determined by the designated country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. For specific details, we recommend contacting your local customs office.

We ship internationally. International customers are responsible for the cost of shipping $300 along with the custom taxes and/or duties of the receiving country.

Purchases must be returned within 30 days of receipt.

The item being returned must be in acceptable and good condition.

Returns must include the original certification and receipts.

Customized orders, such as engraved items or specially designed rings, cannot be returned.

Watches, Custom & Special Orders Policy

Refunds are not applicable for watches, custom, and made-to-order items, including engravings and size modified orders. Custom orders necessitate a non-refundable $500 deposit to initiate the design process. These bespoke pieces are crafted to the buyer's specifications and, as such, cannot be exchanged or returned.
