There is a larger, somewhat deep scratch on the screen; however, it is not deep enough to be considered a crack and doesn't seem to affect the functionality of the smart watch. Store Policies

General Terms

• Payment is due within 11 calendar days of winning an item.
• Unpaid items will be automatically canceled and relisted on the marketplace.
• We allow a 7-day window to combine purchases into one invoice. Any items won after this period will require a separate invoice.
• Please ensure your shipping address and contact information are correct before completing payment.
• Payments can be made through eBay only.

Shipping

• Shipping rates are calculated using eBay’s shipping calculator, based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.
• Rates are displayed as UPS Standard at checkout (used for cost calculation). Orders may ship with UPS or FedEx, using an equivalent or faster service.
• All shipments include tracking through a major carrier. We currently do not ship via Canada Post.
• Shipping options cannot be substituted or changed.
• Orders are processed within 5 business days of payment (excluding weekends and Canadian statutory holidays).
• Orders over $300 require a signature upon delivery. This cannot be waived or changed.
• Items marked “Local Pickup Only” cannot be shipped.
• We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, as Canada Post is not one of our primary couriers.
• International orders are fulfilled through eBay International Shipping for eligible destinations. Please see the International Shipping section below for details.
• We do not accept prepaid labels or work with third-party carriers.

Combined Shipping

We are happy to combine orders to help you save on shipping.

• Combined shipping is available for up to 15 items per invoice.
• Eligible items must:
• Ship from the same location
• Be purchased within 7 days of each other
• Be unpaid at the time of request
• Some items cannot be combined due to size, fragility, or cost (e.g., receivers, turntables, guitars, artwork, or other oversized/delicate items).
• Items in the Jewellery & Watches and Coins & Paper Money categories cannot be combined with other categories and are invoiced separately.
• We reserve the right to decline combining items if doing so would risk damage or be uneconomical.
• For safety, combined orders may ship in multiple boxes, though the combined shipping rate will still apply.
• Additional items cannot be added to an invoice once payment has been completed.
• Please note that once a combined shipping invoice has been issued, no further items can be added to that invoice, even if it remains unpaid. Any additional purchases will require a separate invoice.
• Please request a combined invoice (or send us a message) before making payment.
• We use eBay International Shipping to fulfill international orders to the U.S., Europe, U.K., and Australia. Combined shipping invoices cannot be issued for items shipped through this program. Depending on item size and eligibility, you may be able to combine items directly at checkout under eBay International Shipping guidelines. Please review shipping rates and eligibility before bidding or purchasing.

How is combined shipping calculated?

• We ship a wide range of items in different sizes, weights, and fragile categories, shipping costs can vary significantly.
• Combined shipping orders are charged using a base rate determined by the most expensive item to ship. This is the shipping amount shown on each individual listing. An additional surcharge is then applied for each extra item, based on its size and weight.

International Shipping

• We participate in eBay International Shipping for buyers in the U.S., Europe, U.K., and Australia.
• Orders first ship to eBay’s Canadian International hub (Mississauga, ON), then eBay manages customs, import duties and final delivery.
• Buyers may be prompted to pay import duties and taxes at checkout to avoid unexpected fees upon delivery.
• Some items are not eligible for eBay International Shipping, including restricted, regulated, or hazardous materials.
• Eligible items are automatically enrolled in eBay International Shipping and will display international shipping options as determined by eBay.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (U.S. Orders)

• All items ship from Canada.
• U.S. orders may be subject to import charges (customs duties, tariffs, taxes, brokerage).
• These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
• Buyers are responsible for all import charges due at or after delivery.
• We cannot declare lower values or mark items as gifts under any circumstances.
• Refused orders will be returned to us and refunded minus any import charges incurred.

Local Pickup (London, Ontario)

• Select Local Pickup at checkout and complete payment first.
• eBay allows us to share pickup details only after payment. Please message us once payment is complete so we can provide you with the pickup address.
• Pickup Hours:
• Mon–Wed: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Thu–Fri: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• Closed weekends and Canadian statutory holidays
• Please allow 1 business day after payment for order preparation.
• Items must be picked up within 14 days of payment or they may be refunded and relisted.
• For pickups of 5 or more items, please contact us in advance so we can prepare your order.
• eBay may send a QR code or barcode for your pickup. We do not use this system at this time.
• Please bring your order number and valid photo ID when picking up.
• If you are unable to collect your items, please contact us with the full name of the person you have authorized to pick up on your behalf. They will still be required to bring a valid photo ID at pickup.
• If you later request shipping after selecting Local Pickup, the order will be canceled and relisted.
