This is a late 60's to early 70's Ford aluminum bladed clutch fan.  The number is  S C6ME A and 913191 dated L71.  The end of one of the blades was dinged up some and one other one has a slight deformation above where it connects to the steel.  Its about 19 1/4" diameter with aluminum blades. Great for applications with cooling issues.
