"Fender goes PRS" - so könnte man die Modelle aus der limitierten Select-Serie des amerikanischen Traditionsherstellers treffend charakterisieren. Mit ausgesuchten Hölzern und umwerfender Optik schuf Fender ein Bindeglied zwischen Serien- und Custom-Shop-Modellen. Möglicherweise war die Produktion dann doch zu aufwendig, denn die Select-Serie wird schon seit einigen Jahren nicht mehr produziert. Made in USA, Baujahr: 2013. Erlen-Body mit markant gemasertem "Quilted Maple Top" im "Dark Cherry Burst" Finish mit angenehmem "Access Neck Joint". Einteiliger "Flamed Maple" Ahorn-Hals ("Modern C" Profil / 12" Radius), 22 Medium-Jumbo-Bünden und Fender Locking Tuners. Bestückt mit drei Fender Select Series Singlecoil-Pickups. Gewicht: 3,5 kg. Kommt genau wie abgebildet im originalen G&G Tweed-Case inklusive Papieren und Zubehör. Sauberer und gepflegter Top-Zustand allenfalls winzigen Gebrauchsspuren - siehe Bilder. Die Bünde haben noch keine erkennbaren Spielspuren. Der Tremoloarm wurde noch nie benutzt, legt aber selbstverständlich bei.

With selected woods and a stunning look, Fender has created a link between series and custom shop models. Perhaps the production was too costly after all, as the Select series has not been produced for several years. Made in the USA, year of manufacture: 2013. Alder body with strikingly grained “Quilted Maple Top” in “Dark Cherry Burst” finish with pleasant “Access Neck Joint”. One-piece “Flamed Maple” maple neck (“Modern C” profile / 12” radius), 22 medium jumbo frets and Fender locking tuners. Equipped with three Fender Select Series single-coil pickups. Weight: 3.5 kg. Comes exactly as pictured in the original G&G tweed case including papers and accessories. Clean and well-maintained top condition with only tiny traces of use - see pictures. The frets have no recognizable signs of use. The tremolo arm has never been used, but is of course included.
