Ressorts hélicoïdaux de voiture KYB K-Flex
Tous les ressorts KYB sont fabriqués à partir de chrome vanadium de haute qualité ou Fabriqué en acier chrome-silicium. Selon les spécifications de l'industrie automobile, ils sont produits enroulés à froid ou à chaud.
La surface est compactée dans un système de grenaillage, ce qui permet d'obtenir la plus haute résistance de l'acier et une durée de vie nettement plus longue.
Avant d'être peints, les ressorts sont phosphatés pour une protection optimale contre la corrosion, puis recouverts d'un revêtement en poudre époxy pour une surface extrêmement durable, élastique et protectrice.
