It means that the item has not been scanned when it was picked up, tracking info will update once the package is scanned & moves through the USPS system. We won't be able grant compensation when the item is STILL in transit & is 'Running Behind'. Another option for is for buyers to open up an 'Item not received' case on eBay, this notifies eBay of the delay & they will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis.
