Here we have a vintage custom made Designs For Vision dental surgical telescopes loupes glasses with original box.

The glasses have a crack on right glass lens see last photo. The loupes, and box are all in great condition. The arms have 5.75 USA and 50-24 stamped on them. Also has the name of the person they were made for stamped on the side.
