POSTAGE CONDITIONS
We
deliver all over the UK mainland! Any customers from Northen Ireland,
Scottish Highlands or any International customers please CONTACT us via
telephone or email us before clicking the 'Buy it Now' button as we will need to get a price for postage from our couriers.
All
items being delivered by the courier must be checked at the point of
delivery. If the item is damaged please sign the proof of delivery as
damaged or refuse delivery and contact us as soon as possible so we can
put a claim in for damages against our couriers. If this is not adhered
to, this will result in no refund or replacement given. All delivery damages must be reported on the same day as delivery.
The
buyer must arrange for themselves or somebody else to be present at the
delivery address to receive the item as the courier will require a
signature for proof of delivery and also if nobody is home to accept the
delivery please check with your Neighbors as the driver may have
dropped it with them. If in the unlikely event your parcel does not get
delivered due to no answer unfortunately you will have to contact us to
rebook your delivery and for this we will have to charge you for re
delivery as the driver will only attempt delivery twice.
However
please make sure that who ever accepts the delivery must check the
goods for damages and follow the terms as set out above before signing.

We
aim to provide the best customer service by ensuring that all our
customers are satisfied with the service provided to them! In some rare
occasions it can always be different whether its that the part does not
work or not described properly. We request that before you leave any
feedback please contact us so that we can come up with a solution to
keep you satisfied and hopefully do business with you again in the

EXCHANGE & RETURNS
You
have a period of 14 days from the date of purchase in which the part
you purchased which has been installed and tested and in the unlikely
event that the part has turned out to be faulty we will exchange you for
a different one and if we don't have another available we will issue
you with a full refund on the price you purchased for excluding postage
and packaging cost.
