This focused phototherapy directs high-intensity UV rays exclusively to affected areas, maintaining targeted therapy that safeguards healthy skin. The 308nm UVB Therapy Light achieves measurable clearance faster while substantially reducing required treatment duration for most patients and users. This non-invasive approach provides a clinically validated safety profile for managing diverse skin diseases, including vitiligo, psoriasis, and eczema, without systemic complications.

64-Diode Phototherapy System
Integrating 64 high-power 308nm diodes, this medical-grade UVB phototherapy device emits calibrated ultraviolet B wavelengths that penetrate deeply into skin layers. The focused emission concentrates therapeutic energy strictly on affected areas while actively minimizing exposure to surrounding healthy skin. Clinically validated effectiveness specifically targets stubborn patches on joints—including hands, elbows, and knees—along with other small body areas. With 64 precisely engineered 308nm LED diodes, this phototherapy unit substantially enhances operational longevity and treatment efficiency.

Wide Range of Applications
This cutting-edge 308nm UVB phototherapy instrument represents the most advanced technological solution for vitiligo treatment while simultaneously addressing multiple stubborn dermatological conditions including eczema, psoriasis, dermatitis, leukoderma, atopic dermatitis, various dermatitis manifestations, mycosis fungoides, folliculitis, acne, and other obstinate skin diseases. Our medical-grade excimer UVB light therapy machine effectively combats vitiligo, psoriasis, and white spot disorders, while additionally treating heat rash and scalp psoriasis. Designed for home phototherapy applications, this UVB lamp clears lesions while significantly reducing recurrence risks.

Multifunctional UVB Phototherapy Device
This UVB light therapy medical device features a precisely 46x46mm±10% irradiation area. Five distinct size food-grade silicone baffles ensure accurate targeting during application. Users conveniently select either dose mode or time mode according to therapeutic requirements. PDT blue light therapy allows customizable dose settings ranging extensively from 0-5J/cm² alongside adjustable intensity spanning 5-50mW/cm². Phototherapy sessions require minimal 4-minute applications per treated area, administered efficiently 3-4 times weekly. Remarkably portable at a mere 0.86lbs device weight, the unit facilitates easy transportation and clinical deployment.

Working Principle
308nm UVB light therapy, a form of targeted phototherapy, uses a 308nm velength of ultraviolet B (UVB) light to treat skin conditions. The light is delivered via an excimer lamp and is designed to be focused on the affected areas, minimizing exposure to surrounding healthy skin.

This UVB light is absorbed by keratinocytes, T-cells, and chromophores such as DNA, promoting DNA damage and reducing local inflammation and keratinocyte proliferation.UVB alters the activity of antigen-presenting cells, reducing the proliferation of lymphocytes and impacting the production of certain cytokines involved in immune responses. 308nm UVB therapy can suppress the immune system, which is crucial in conditions where an overactive immune system contributes to the skin disease.

308nm UVB light is effective for treating various skin disorders, including:
Psoriasis: Reduces plaques and scaling by slowing down the overproduction of skin cells.
Vitiligo: Stimulates repigmentation by activating melanocytes (pigment-producing cells).
Atopic Dermatitis (Eczema): Decreases inflammation and itchiness by modulating the immune response.
Alopecia Areata: Encourages hair regrowth by affecting immune cells that attack hair follicles.

Usage Safety Guidelines:
1.Before you are fully familiar with how to set the treatment time and intensity, do not use the device directly on your skin
2. For first-time use, apply treatment for 3–5 seconds only, then stop and wait 24–48 hours to monitor skin response. Mild redness (without blistering) is normal.
Never stay on the same spot for more than 10 seconds to avoid burns
3.if you need more help on how to use it, please e-mail us directly.

General Guidelines for 308nm UVB Light Therapy:
1.Initial Test:
You can perform a minimal erythema dose (MED) test, which determines the lowest UVB dose that produces a slight redness on the skin within 24 hours. This helps to establish a safe starting dose.

2.Treatment Frequency:
2-1 Typically 2-3 times per week: Most treatment plans recommend using 308nm UVB light 2 to 3 times per week, with at least one day of rest between sessions to allow the skin to recover.
2-2 Not daily: Daily use is usually not recommended as it increases the risk of skin damage and side effects like burns or excessive redness.

3.Session Duration:
3-1 Start with short exposure times: The initial exposure time is usually very short, often ranging from a few seconds to a minute, depending on the MED test results.
3-2 Gradually increase: Over time, the exposure duration may be gradually increased as your skin builds tolerance, but this should always be done under medical supervision.

4.Treatment Session:
4-1 Eye protection: Always wear protective goggles to shield your eyes from UV light exposure.
4-2 Skin protection: For areas that do not require treatment, cover them with clothing or a UV-blocking material to prevent accidental exposure.

5.Duration of Therapy:
5-1 Depends on the condition: The length of treatment varies. For some conditions like psoriasis or vitiligo, it may take several weeks or even months of consistent treatment to see significant improvement.
5-2 Maintenance therapy: Once the desired results are achieved, some patients may need maintenance therapy to prevent relapse, which is usually less frequent (e.g., once a week or less).
