Combined Shipping

• When you purchase multiple items, we will combine all shipments, no need to contact us.
• Please add all your items to the cart and checkout together.
• We will refund you the excess shipping cost after the items are shipped.
• Separately purchased items must have the same address and eBay account ID.
• For all items with [FSSI] in the title, the 2nd item and more ship for free. You will only pay for one shipping charge.
• For purchases from separate listings, we will refund the excess shipping charge manually.
• Bottom line, you will get the cheapest and most fair shipping charge possible.

Cancellation

• Please request a cancellation through eBay to start the process.
• If the item is not shipped, we will cancel your order and refund you within one business day, or when your funds are available.
• Cancellation is available only for "Buy It Now" transactions. Auction style listings, or offers accepted by the seller or the buyer, are not eligible for cancellation.

Return

• Please do not start a return before contacting us.
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date on eligible listings for Domestic Purchases.
• Every Item must be returned in the same condition it was received, otherwise the buyer receives a partial or no refund depending on the condition.
• Returns are not acceptable if the security tape (if attached) is removed from the item. We may deduct up to 50% of the item's value if it is returned with tampered or removed security tape.
• The buyer is responsible for the original and return's shipping cost except when the item is not as described.
• Selecting a false return reason to avoid the return’s shipping cost is against eBay’s policy.
• We will deduct a 10% (of item price) for the restocking fee from all returned items.
• In the event that Item was returned to us due to an invalid address, recipient not matching the address, or item was not claimed by the buyer upon delivery, we will deduct the original and return shipping cost and 10% restocking fee from total refund sent to the buyer.

• We always try to provide an honest and detailed description of the item but nobody is perfect and we may miss something in the process.
• If there is any problem with your order, please contact us first and give us a chance to resolve the issue.

Do you test your used items? Do they work? Yes, every instrument and equipment in our store is tested first before extracting and listing individual parts. All parts are in working condition unless it is mentioned in the listing.

How do I purchase multiple items from you? Do not click "Buy It Now", go to each item and click "Add to Cart", then go to the checkout page and purchase all your items together.

I put in the wrong address, can you change it? Yes, contact us immediately before item ships.

Why don't you have Free Shipping? Offering a shipping charge is a cheaper option for our customers, it allows them to pay less for multiple items and combined shipping saves more money for our buyers. Also all items with [FSSI] in the listing title ship for one flat fee for the entire store.

What is [FSSI] in the listing’s title? It means Free Shipping Second Item. Second and more items will ship for no additional charge, You only pay one shipping charge for as many items as you purchase. This applies automatically in the checkout for multiple quantities from the same listing. If you purchase from separate listings that have the [FSSI] in title, we will refund the extra shipping charge.

What is [1PC] or [2PCS] at the end of the item name?

It is an abbreviation of the item’s quantity per one order. For example if you order quantity of 1 on an item that has [2PCS] “Two Pieces”, you will receive 2 pieces of that item. If you order 2, you will receive 4 pieces. If an item has [1PC] or no abbreviation, you will receive one item per order.

Do you charge taxes? eBay collects and remits state sales tax on the sold items where applicable by the state law.
