Looks to be all original does have common wear thay should be expected for a toy this old.

I have not tried to clean this toy in any way. I will leave that up to the new owner in fear of damaging the current condition

The only issue is that the spring in the wind-up mechanism seems weak.

When I wind it, I have to hold the rear wheel. Then, if I set it on a smooth surface like a hardwood floor, it slowly moves. But if I wind it up and let go of the tires while holding it, the tires move very fast.

This could maybe be an easy fix for someone with proper knowledge of these mechanisms.
