Comes in original box, with manual which is in Japanese as I've imported it from Japan but simply use Google Lense or something to your liking. Also comes with 1 Lennon and McCartney cartridge. 12v power adaptor is not included as I only have one and cannot find it but it is the standard 12v plug and will only cost you £10. It also takes Type-C batteries for use on the move, no corrosion on contacts.

Regarding condition she is pretty much is fantastic shape for such an old item and works perfectly fine, we have tested it and messed around with it 2 weeks ago with a friend, LED screen still has protective film. Slight silver paint wear on the face as in the pictures, and a larger 5cm scratch on the back side, which may come off with a polish. Meanwhile all rubber and buttons on the unit are excellent condition.
