Game description:
September 14th, 1862, the rebel division of D.H. Hill was surprised and attacked by Ambrose Burnside's Wing of the Army of the Potomac. Hill's men held out all day against a rising tide of Federal troops from both the 1st and 9th Corps and were saved only by the late arrival of D.R. Jones and Hood's divisions. Despite the fact that it was a rather sharp defeat for the rebels, Hill remained justifiably proud of the fight his men managed for 12 long hours atop South Mountain. They had given Lee the time he needed to concentrate his army in the face of a suddenly aggressive Federal force.

South Mountain is the fourth game in the Civil War, Regimental Series. With one map and a manageable number of counters, it is the first game in the series to offer a full, intense, battle that is playable in an evening. And re-playability is very high, given the variable arrival of some key Rebel forces and the application of Confederate and Union Random Events.

This game is brand new in shrink wrapping. There is a small tear in the shrink wrap on the front (see picture). Otherwise mint condition.

    Handling time:
    To err on the side of caution, we ship within 2 business days. In practice, we are usually able to send things out within 1 business day.
    In the case that some unforeseen circumstance might delay shipping, we will reach out to you and see how you want to proceed. 
    Special Requests:
    Need it faster? Or have a specific shipping preference? Please message us before purchasing, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
    Carriers: 
    From personal experience, UPS and USPS have proven to be the most reliable, so we primarily ship with them. If you use a PO box, we will ship via USPS. 
    Tracking:
    eBay subsidizes shipping labels. Once we drop the package off at the carrier, eBay conveniently keeps track of it, and notifies us all. If for some reason we bypass printing the label from eBay, we will provide you with the tracking number. 

    Shipping Mishaps:
    We haven't experienced it yet (and hopefully never will), but sometimes accidents happen during shipping. If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact Us: Please message us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Documentation: To help us file a claim with the carrier, please provide clear photos of the damaged item, the shipping box/packaging, and the shipping label.

  • Resolution: Once documentation is received, we will work with you to provide a full refund or a replacement (if available) immediately.

  • Important: Please keep all original packaging and the damaged item until the claim is resolved, as the carrier (USPS/UPS) may require an inspection.
