IT WAS MINE WHEN I WAS 10. IT HAS NOT BEEN PLAYED SINCE 1979. It will need tuning. It could probably use new strings. The violin is in really nice condition. The bow is as well. The case is doing its job but the trim has had some shrinkage causing it to pull from the case. The pocket in the case has had old rosin bag left in it which made it very sticky. I was a very small kid then so I do not remember how to tune or tighten the strings so I am not trying to do so. PLEASE SEE PICTURES. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO ADK QUESTIONS
