Packaging

We want our customers to have peace of mind when ordering from us. One thing that we are frequently commended on in feedback is the secure packing of the models that we ship domestically and internationally every week.

Models are wrapped in bubble wrap and protected from moving about inside the parcel with various materials, including parcel paper or recyclable "eco" peanuts. High-strength double walled boxes are used to provide impact resistance during transit. We use cardboard and foam sheet reinforcement where needed also. Fragile markings are attached to the outside. We don't skimp on box size or use 2nd hand boxes. Reinforced tape is also used to seal some boxes where structural integrity is even more critical. We try to keep the weight down where possible and choose materials that can be recycled.

UK Shipping

We offer fast & free tracked shipping via Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all orders up to £150. Orders over £150 are upgraded to Special Delivery at no extra cost. 30-day returns are accepted and we cover the return postage cost for domestic orders.

International Postage

We now handle all international orders through the eBay Global Shipping Programme (GSP) . This service ensures your order is securely processed, tracked from our door to yours, and handled with care by eBay's dedicated international shipping hub and trusted logistics partners.
