Returns

Protective Cases (Tim Jones Ltd) aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion, however, goods may need to be returned. Here are our return policies: Change of Mind When you purchase goods from us through eBay, you have 14 days to contact us for a refund, starting from the day after you receive your goods. We must then receive your items back within 30 days of you receiving a returns authorisation from us. We will give you back the amount you paid for the item including any standard delivery charges (if you pay more for faster delivery, this won’t be refunded). We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned items, although it will usually be much faster than this. Goods can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and unused and the Goods can be re-sold, as new, without any additional work on the part of Tim Jones Ltd. Faulty Items If any Goods purchased have faults when they are delivered, the Purchaser should contact us within 28 working days to arrange collection and return. Tim Jones Ltd is responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid, will be refunded through the payment method used when the Goods were purchased or a replacement item sent. Incorrect Item Delivered We carefully check all items before sending them out. However, in the unlikely event that an incorrect item is delivered, the Purchaser should contact us within 10 working days to arrange collection and return. Tim Jones Ltd is responsible for paying shipment costs. The Purchaser will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be issued a refund. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods. General Notes on All Returns Please note that refunds can only be processed to the original purchaser via the payment method used for the original purchase.
