Condition Notes: This figurine is in very good vintage condition with no chips, repairs, or missing pieces observed. Old man’s fingers and the wine flask are intact; however, there are very small cracks at man's left hand (see photos). Paint remains vibrant with fine details intact. Includes its original Certificate of Authenticity, confirming production using Antonio Borsato’s original molds prior to 1982 and certified in 1984. Hand-painted with exceptional detail typical of Borsato’s work—expressive figures, realistic textures, and complex multi-part sculpting.

This sculpture was produced in Italy and is properly signed and marked on the underside with original felt, Borsato plate, impressed signature, and reference sticker. Unlike standard glossy porcelain, this piece is executed in Borsato’s signature "Gres d'Arte" (porcelain stoneware), which gives the figures a lifelike, matte texture. The details on the man’s wrinkled face and the donkey’s expression are incredible.
