Our Payment system is automated via eBay, giving you peace of mind. You will receive a fully claimable UK VAT invoice with all purchases, we do not operate under the margin Scheme.
To avoid any delays in your item being sent to you, we ask that you pay ASAP your item(s) once the Auction has finished.

As soon as your payment has been cleared by eBay, your order will be sent via DPD or Royal Mail. This will be a fully tracked, signed for service. Tracking details will be added to your Purchase and can be tracked online at any time. Please note we will only despatch to the address as detailed in your purchase; under no circumstances will we permit delivery to another address to limit fraud. We aim to process all orders within 1 Business Day of Payment being cleared, this does not include Weekends or Bank Holidays.

Damaged/ Spares/Repairs Items?

Any Items listed as Damaged, Spares or Repairs will have NO Warranty, Basic tests are only carried out and those are detailed in the listing summary. Other faults could be present that are not mentioned. Majority of items are tampered sealed, and should you remove these, it will invoke your right to return. In the unlikely event an item is not as described or has been damaged in transit, we ask you message us via eBay messages including a short description of the issue and any photographic evidence to substantiate your right to return. We will ensure a swift resolution in these unlikely events.

Our normal opening hours are 8.30 to 16.30 Monday to Friday. This does not Include Bank Holidays or Weekends. Please always Message us via the eBay messaging system, We aim to answer all messages same day. Any messages received out of normal hours will be answered next working day. We do have a telephone line as well and can be contacted on 01785 848166.

By committing to the purchase of this item you acknowledge your responsibility to dispose of electronic devices in an environmentally friendly manner. Many electrical items can be repaired or recycled, saving natural resources and the environment. The crossed-out wheelie bin symbol on your electrical product, batteries, or their packaging, reminds you that all electrical and electronic products and batteries must be recycled through either a recycling centre or with retailers.

Some Local Authorities may offer recycling of small electrical items and batteries, through your household collections. 

You can recycle your electrical and electronic devices free at your local recycling centre. To find your nearest centre, visit the Recycle More website and type in your postcode. If you are unable to recycle your device at a local centre, it may be returned to us via our PO Box.
