🛒 There is no additional cost for multiple items added. However, you will need to request an invoice after you have added the items to you cart.

📷 All pictures are samples but we send plants of similar type and quality. You may request for actual photos before purchasing. They will be shipped rooted, ready for acclimatization. 

📃 Phytosanitary Certificate

We offer Phytosanitary Certificate free of charge regardless of order quantity. The original document will be in a transparent envelope attached to the parcel. 

⚙️ Processing Time

For certain SKUs, we require further time to receive them in our lab before we repack and ship them out, which can range from 3 to 5 working days. Please check with us if you are pressing for time for an order. 

✈️ Shipping

We use standard, EMS and courier services for shipping. The standard option takes about 10-15 days (more than 30 days if delayed). Shipping upgrades are highly recommended for best shopping experience. 

For EU customers, if you wish to opt for standard shipping (USD30), please contact us to confirm legibility before purchase. 

📦 Packaging 

Our tissue culture plants are sometimes placed in activated charcoal (black color) for added protection against contamination. They will be packed in glass tubes for all customers in EU countries. PP plastic bags will be used for everywhere else unless requested at extra cost. They will be packed into a foam box sized according to your order quantity. 

❄️ Cold weather

Further aluminum foam insulation will be used but standard shipping should not be used for location below freezing temperature. To be safe, we recommend NOT to place order during such times to avoid unforeseen delays as even insulated parcel can freeze unless it is urgent overnight shipping, during which we will include heat packs.

Wholesale prices are available with MOQ. Please reach out to us for discussion, whether you are a nursery or a tissue culture lab - we will be happy to negotiate and provide you with the best support and long term business relationship. 

📌 For our customers in the USA who opted for shipping upgrade, customs taxes are included in the cost. An import permit is not required (for more than 12 plants).

REFUND AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

We stand behind the quality of our plants and offer refunds or replacements exclusively for plants that arrive dead (DOA). Please take a video when unpacking your order upon arrival and contact us immediately — no later than the delivery date — for our review. We will not be responsible if the plant died during acclimatization. 

📦 Replacement: 

We will provide the same plant(s) at no additional cost for the item itself (shipping excluded). If you opt for a replacement shipment, full shipping fees will apply.

💰 Refund: Depending on the situation, we may issue a partial or full refund for the plant price only (shipping costs excluded). 

💔 Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package hasn't arrived after expected delivery time, please check the tracking number provided. If it's delayed or held (e.g., at customs), we recommend filing a claim directly with the courier service. Please note that lost packages are not eligible for guaranteed refunds from us, as they fall under the courier's responsibility.
