History of The Sak
In 1989, childhood friends Mark Talucci and Todd Elliott set out to travel the world on a mission to find something more meaningful than their mundane corporate careers. Between Bali and their hometown of San Francisco, a vision was formed to bring that spirit and craftsmanship home by way of a simple natural rattan and leather bag fashioned out of an everyday Balinese sleeping mat.
