All-in-One Modular Fletching Jig – Straight, Left Helical, Right Helical (3°)
We’re excited to introduce our most versatile fletching jig yet—built from the ground up to give you three fletching options in one precision tool. This modular jig lets you switch effortlessly between straight fletch, 3-degree left helical, and 3-degree right helical configurations, all with the same base.
If you’ve had success with our dedicated left- or right-helical jigs, this is the natural next step.
Changing configurations is quick and straightforward:
Pop out the retaining pins
Align the desired arm (straight, left helical, or right helical)
Pop the pins back in
Just as shown in the photos—no hassle.
Arrow shaft size: Designed for standard-diameter shafts only
Maximum outer diameter: 7.7 mm (fits snugly at this size)
Smaller diameter shafts: May be used, but results are not guaranteed
Arrow wraps: Not recommended — the tight fit may damage wraps
Fletching size: 2 inches or smaller only
This jig is fully designed and produced in the USA, using premium PCTG filament sourced from American Filaments.
PCTG is stronger and more impact-resistant than standard PETG, giving you a jig that holds tolerances, resists wear, and stands up to repeated use.
