Orders placed before 12PM are eligible for same-day dispatch via fully insured next-day delivery. If an item is urgently required for next-day delivery and purchased after 12 PM, please contact us prior to completing your purchase as depending on workload, we may still be able to accommodate next-day dispatch for late orders after 12PM

The delivery method, including the courier’s name, can be verified in the listing. All delivery services are fully tracked, featuring GPS tracking and delivery photos to prevent fraudulent claims. Note that some lower-value items may not qualify for next-day delivery as standard. However, an upgrade to next-day delivery can be selected during checkout, where available.

Customers located in the Scottish Highlands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, or other remote UK areas, an additional surcharge will be applied at checkout. In such cases, a slightly slower service may be used if next-day delivery is unavailable. Please contact us in advance if this presents a concern.

International shipping is managed exclusively through eBay’s Global Shipping Programme (GSP). Import taxes, courier selection, and shipping details are handled by eBay once the item reaches their global shipping facility. As such, we have no control over these processes. For VAT invoices, eBay will supply documentation reflecting all applicable import fees, as our invoice will not include these charges applied through the GSP.

We offer a 60-day return-to-base guarantee covering mechanical and electrical breakdowns for the equipment purchased. This coverage includes parts, labor, and return courier costs (including VAT) during standard working hours (Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM). This guarantee is subject to the terms, conditions, and exclusions outlined in your policy, which can be provided upon request or accessed on our website. What is Not Covered
- Return charges where a fault cannot be found or where the fault relates to a software or program error.
- Unauthorised modifications to the Equipment.
- Accidental damage.
- Failure to comply with the manufacturer’s instructions for the care of the Equipment.
- Costs not authorised by the Provider or its appointed engineers.
- Faults relating to the installation of the Equipment, software installation, and corrupted software installed on the Equipment or due to computer viruses.
- Deliberate damage or neglect of the Equipment.
-Repair to or Damage of a cosmetic nature caused by but not limited to denting, scratching, chipping, staining, and rust or corrosion.
- Claims arising as a result of normal wear and tear (e.g. belts, fuses, batteries).
- Loss of data or information from the Equipment.
- If the manufacturer / Refurbisher seal is broken then all benefits under the policy will cease.

Due to fraudulent activity, all serial numbers are recorded and hidden security markings are added to all our devices including warranty seals.

If a claim is made stating that the item is not as described or defective in order to obtain a free return label, and this claim cannot be verified, we will report the issue to eBay for appropriate action against your eBay account. In such cases, the cost of return postage may be deducted from the refund. If any issues arise with your item, please reach out to us via eBay messaging, and we will gladly assist you and advise on the best course of action. Please note, if the 30-day return period has passed from the date of delivery and the fault cannot be replicated, the item may be returned; however, no refund will be issued.

Due to an increase in fraudulent activity items must be returned in the original condition in which they were received with all originally included accessories.
