This is a hardcover BOOK, not an electronic device- it is simply designed to look like a laptop or tablet.  

Good condition -- nice overall but does have some scuffing to the cover as well as a dented corner; one corner of most of the pages is water-marked and slightly warped from some kind of moisture, but the pages are all still white and usable/readable.  We priced accordingly.
