London Fog navy blue double-breasted long trench coat button closure.  It includes classic trench details such as epaulettes on the shoulders, adjustable wrist straps, and a storm flap.  Note the waist belt is missing.  It does have a button inside liner to help with weather transition.  See pictures for all the details and measurements.
