This authentic Soviet-era industrial safety sign is a fantastic bridge between the Soviet era and modern industrial design. Originally used to mark high-voltage transformer vaults and electrical poles throughout Southeastern Ukraine, it warns in bold Cyrillic: "СТОЙ - НАПРЯЖЕНИЕ" (STOP - VOLTAGE).

Acquired from the estate of a former factory worker in the Odesa region, this plaque is a true piece of Cold War-era electrical history. Different Soviet regions produced their own variations of these signs, making this Odesa-specific design a unique find for collectors of industrial memorabilia or fans of Brutalist and utilitarian aesthetics.
