Velvet uppers....the olive green color may appear slightly different between the shoes and/or between the pictures depending on how the fabric is brushed and how the light hits the shoes...as characteristic of this type of fabric.
May have been a store display model as the soles are perfectly clean. I see only a small amount of wear at the white toe box and midsoles which clean easily be wiped clean with a magic eraser. White faux lined interior is very clean.
