It's genuinely brand new, having been opened only recently. 

I still have the original paper box from purchase. I believe an aluminum case would be better for shipping than the paper box, so I'll transfer it into that before sending. Some accessories, like the extension tubes, are still in their original packaging, and I'll include those as well.
