Your item will be shipped from our domestic warehouse in Japan with a tracking number. Once shipped, the tracking number will be provided and you can monitor the delivery status anytime.
We require 3-10 days to inspect, prepare, and securely pack your order before dispatch. If you need faster handling, please contact us before purchase.
Your item will be packed carefully using bubble wrap and protective materials to ensure it arrives safely.
International shipments may take longer due to weather conditions, airline delays, or customs inspections. Please note that customs-related delays are beyond our control.
If your item is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us BEFORE clicking "Item Received". We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
We can only ship to the address registered on eBay. If you need to ship to a different address, please update your eBay address before placing the order. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
If your address is missing details (such as building name, room number, phone number), the package may be undeliverable and returned. If returned, additional shipping fees may be required for resending.
If your delivery location is classified as a remote area by the carrier, an additional fee may be requested via PayPal.
For U.S. customers: We ship using DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are already included in the item price, so no additional charges will be required upon delivery.
For customers outside the U.S.: Import duties and taxes are not included and may be charged by your local customs office.
We cannot undervalue items or mark them as gifts. Such practices are prohibited by Japanese, U.S., and international regulations.
If your package is refused or left unclaimed for a long time and is returned to us, reshipment will require additional postage.
If your order has already been processed or packed, cancellation may not be possible. In some cases, a 10 USD packing/handling fee may apply for cancellations after preparation has started.
