Unfortunately I don’t have the equipment needed to test this. It is in good condition. Pedals go down smoothly and wheel rotates well. Few scratches and scuffs from age and regular play. One of the attachment screws has some bending. Please check all pictures carefully for accurate condition and feel free to ask any questions. Thank you!
