We have warehouses in different locations in the United States: New York Warehouse, Georgia Warehouse, Texas warehouse, California Warehouse. We will prioritize shipments to you from the nearest warehouse. If a product in a warehouse has recently sold out, we will arrange for it to be shipped from another warehouse. Warehouses are open Monday through Friday and generally ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends, holidays and natural disasters.

For returns caused by the seller's issues, the return shipping cost will be borne by the seller. Conversely, it shall be borne by the buyer.
Exchanges due to shipping errors by JOYDEPOT will not be subject to a restocking fee or shipping charges.

We will exchange the item only if is defective or if customer receive the wrong parts.
Returns and/or exchanges must be done within 30 days from delivery date.

It is the buyer's responsibility to understand the item description before bidding.
We will replace the defective items, provided that they are in stock within the warranty period posted with the listing and the buyer return the original item and pay for the S&H cost for the replacement.
We will refund the purchase price if the replacement is not available or buyer prefers a refund and send the original item back at his/her own cost.
Shipping & handling cost are not refundable.
