Rating the condition of golf equipment can be highly subjective!

We aim to make this easier for you by using the below rating guide. If you sell us or trade in your old equipment, we take the time to individually inspect each item against these criteria within 1 working day of arrival.

How we rate our clubs:

NEW

• Unused, perfect new condition, may be in or out of the original manufacturers wrapping and has never been used or hit a golf ball.

EXCELLENT

This means the item is almost perfect!

• There are no visible marks on the crown, back or top of the club and any marks on the face are not clearly visible.
• There are no bag rub marks or paint scratches on the shaft and the grip is almost new. Clubs in this category have usually only been used for a few hits or have come from an indoor fitting studio.

VERY GOOD

• Our clubs rated very good will have only been used a handful of times 2/3 rounds at most.
• Any marks would be very minimal, like our clubs rated excellent these resemble the very top end of used golf equipment.

GOOD

This means the club/s are still in good condition. This is often the “go to” condition that customers use when requesting a quote. Please see below the detailed guidance.

• Minimal cosmetic marks to head / crown
• Minimal / no marks to topline
• Usual play marks on the face and sole
• Irons may show normal wear and marking on the face and sole
• Steel shafts may have some marking and slight cosmetic wear, no evidence of rust
• Graphite shafts may show light scratching and wear to graphics

FAIR

This rating means it is still in good playing order but showing some cosmetic wear from frequent usage over a longer period of time.

• Marks to topline and head / crown
• Irons may show some wear to faces and heads
• Shaft in good order but showing cosmetic wear
• Steel shafts could have a few small marks but no rust spots
• Graphite shafts may show some light bag wear
• Grips in good usable order, may have lost some tackiness and wear marks could show

WELL USED / POOR

These clubs will still be perfectly playable, and any damage is purely cosmetic, and are often great value!

• They will show some heavy signs of play.
• Heavy wear marks on the face and/or sky marks on the crown.
• There will be no dents on the club and no rust on the shafts, except for some light pitting that can be improved in our workshop.
• Grips may have depression marks or some splitting and will need to be replaced soon.

All clubs are shipped on a free 48-hour delivery service to U.K mainland addresses, with an upgrade available at £3.00 for next working day. Orders placed from Friday and over the weekend or on a bank holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

Our preferred shipping partner is DHL, although we are constantly reviewing service delivery and may need to change to an alternative supplier when capacity and service demand alternatives.

We can only ship to the address provided on the order. Please ensure that your address is correct before making a purchase!

Global Shipping:

We use eBay's Global Shipping Program for any overseas orders. We ship the item to eBay's shipping warehouse. With eBays Global Shipping Program, your purchases are handled with care from start to finish. Just shop as you normally would at checkout, you'll see clear pricing that includes international shipping and any import fees, so there are no surprises later.

Once your item ships, eBay takes care of customs and delivery, and you can track your order every step of the way.

We can also offer a click and collect service for local customers by appointment.

We accept returns within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that it was received in.

Please note, we do not offer trial equipment, and if in doubt as to the suitability of your purchase, please consider getting a professional fitting from your local club fitter.

Where an item is returned and the condition has changed through use we may need to adjust the value and will offer a partial refund in line with eBay policy.

Before sending anything back that has been tested or used, we recommend that you drop our friendly customer service team a message and well guide you through the process.

Unwanted Items or Change of Mind
Buyer will pay for return postage costs and insurance. This can easily be done through eBay's preferred shipping supplier and eBay will deduct the cost from your refund. These clubs or items must be returned in the same condition as when bought. New items must be returned in their original shrink wrap.

Faulty or Item not as Described
First off, were really sorry! We do our best to ensure every club meets our rating guide, sometimes mistakes happen. If your item is faulty or not as described, please message us with the reasons for the return and we will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label.

Any faulty clubs must be returned in full, including any broken parts, for inspection by our team. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

• Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
• Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process your refund within 24 hours, but please allow up to 48 hours.

All pictures are of the actual club for sale. Headcovers are included where shown in the individual listing pictures. Please note that wrenches/adjustment tools do not come with the clubs, but if you have an existing wrench it is almost certain that it will fit, and over 90% of the manufacturers use standard sized adjustment components.

We can usually supply a wrench for an additional cost if required.

Customisations:

We can offer limited customisation - for example re-gripping, club lengthening or shortening. Please contact us to request a quote and timeframe.
