Eccentric Bearing: High-pressure eccentric bearing is suitable for demanding transfers such as paper and vinyl films.   

High-temperature Tarpaulin: The high temperature tarpaulin protects the printed garment from burns while allowing the garment to slide in more quickly.

Application

This heat press machine can be used to print patterns on various items, such as clothes, T-shirts, puzzles, mousepad, pillows, mugs, phone cases and other flat heat-resistant products. It is suitable for homes, craft stores, print stores, photo studios, etc.

How to Operate

1. Place the material on the working table,adjust the pressure knob to get the right pressure required.

2. Connect the power plug and turn on the power button.

3. Set time & temp you want with temp/time gauge get required numbers.

4. The temp for the heating plate will start to rise. When it reaches the temp you set,place the material on the working table and close the handle.

5. The buzzer will sound when the time you set is reached. Release the handle and take out the material.

Notes

1. Because the materials and thickness of these materials are different, so the temp and time are also different.

2. Please try a small sample to get the right temp and time needed before large quantities are printed.

3. Please note that the clothing require temp about 180℃,Fabric clothing use with sublimation paper:30-50 sec, 100% cotton clothing use with transfer paper: 15-20sec.

4. Please note that this machine is not suitable for minors to use or food processing.

5. Please note that it can exert pressure and transfer on one side of the shirt.

 6. Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you order.
