Vintage and made in the USA! This one has the papery feeling tag. It is a thin wale corduroy with a front pocket and eyelet lace ruffle trim. The back has an embroidered bear with a party hat, making it perfect for everyday wear or a birthday celebration.

The straps have buttons and are not adjustable. However, the buttons could be removed and resewn in order to shorten them, if needed.

Has snaps between the legs for easier dressing and diaper changes.

Excellent pre-owned condition with no stains, holes, pilling, or fading. The colors are bright and vibrant. The snaps and buttons are all in working condition, and the elastic is still stretchy. The fabric has no stretch, just the elastic in the cuffs.
