    About Shipping

    Flat shipping rate, if specified, does not apply to Canadian territories and remote areas. For U.S., flat shipping rate only applies to lower 48 states. Please contact us for shipping rate if flat shipping rate does not apply to you. Upon receipt of payment, item will ship via Canada Post surface or UPS, Fedex Ground service or another economic service within the timeline specified in item listing. If possible, we will combine shipping for multiple items.

    International Orders

    • Please note that package shipped from outside your country can be held up in customs and it can cause delay in shipping time. This is beyond our control and there is nothing we can do to speed up the process.

    Payment

    • Payment is expected within 3 days of purchase via Paypal or any other payment method accepted by us.

    • If an item is out of stock or on backorder, you will be notified and given the option to wait for the item to become available, choose another item, or a full refund. Backordered items are shipped as they become available.

    Return and Refund

    • Unless specified otherwise, health, hygienic, food products and items can NOT be returned.

    • If eligible for return, Buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item(s) to us and all original shipping, handling, insurance, and other fee associated with the returned item(s) are not refundable. For free shipping item(s), we still pay for shipping when sending item(s). The shipping cost associated with free shipping item(s) is not refundable.

    • If eligible for return, merchandise returned must be in its original states with tag intact, undamaged, clean and unused.

    • If eligible for return, the return must be made within 30 days of receipt. Upon receipt and careful examination of the returned merchandise, refund will be issued and you will be notified via email after the refund is processed. Please allow 5 business days from the time we receive your returned item(s) for your refund to be issued.
