Martin, M.D., F.A.C.S., Savannah, Ga.  Reprinted from The Southern Medical Journal, Journal of the Southern Medical Association, Mobile, Alabama. Volume VIII, April 1915 No.4. Pages 317-324. 

10 by 7 3/4 inches. 8 pages. Staple-bound in the original light green paper wrap. The wrap and contents are age toned and a little dusty. There's an inscription at the top margin of the front: "Dr. S.A.K. Wilson, ? of any special interest." The wrap and contents have some creases and crinkles, along with a few tiny tears and minor knocks along the bottom edges.
