A rare and good quality vintage brass made Architect or Engineers Plumb Bob / Measuring or Calibration Ruler with wrap-around measurements and a thread through the hole, possibly made in the c1960s or c1970s. It's still in its original leather case. Will be a good addition to any collection.
MAKER: No makers marks, only "C. MAHILLON" impressed on one side. cm measurements on 2 sides and some (possibly) calibration numbers on the other 2 sides.
