This auction is for a new in box Lemax Porcelain Lighted Building.

 This item is new and has never been displayed.

I have multiple boxes, all are pictured.  I will ship whatever I grab first, but most likely will not remember to remove the picture of the box I sold.  The additional quantities have not been opened and inspected.

There may be some shelf wear on the box, but the table accent is in original new condition.

***PLEASE NOTE: The condition described is what I believe it is based on my mother's buying habits. If there are any questions, please ask before buying or let me know so I can update it.  My mom was the expert and as I can no longer ask her for confirmation on each item, I've described to the best of my knowledge.

***REMINDER - There are many small pieces attached to most Lemax houses/shops and they can and sometimes do come off in shipping, no matter how well packed the piece is  - they were glued on by the manufacturer to start with, they can usually be easily be re-glued on by you should any of them come off.  This is standard with smaller pieces to ensure an entire building doesn't get broken should a small piece come off.
