IJF Approved Judo Gi Size Chart (Models: JOEX / JNEX)
- This chart is based on Japanese sizing standards for JOEX and JNEX models.
- Please find your **Height** in the left column and match it with your **Weight** in the top row to find your designated size number.
- Japanese sizes may differ from standard Western sizes. We strongly recommend measuring yourself carefully before ordering.
Understanding Size Types (Y & L)
In addition to standard sizes (numbers only), there are special fitting types available for certain heights/weights:
- Y-type (Slim Fit): Indicated with a 'Y' (e.g., 2.5Y). This is approx. 0.5 sizes narrower in the body than the standard regular fit.
- L-type (Wide Fit): Indicated with a 'L' (e.g., 2.5L). This is approx. 0.5 sizes wider in the body than the standard regular fit.
- N/A (Gray Cells): Indicates that a standard size is not available for this height/weight combination.
